Round 2 of the CMS LMP3/GT3 Championship in iRacing continues with it next race at Fuji Speedway.

For round 2 of the Champion Motorsports LMP3/GT3 Championship Series, drivers will make the virtual flight to Oyama Japan and the 4.48 km / 2.78 mi Fuji Speedway.
Nestling in the foothills of Mount Fuji from which it takes its name, Fuji Speedway helped Japan burst onto the international racing scene as host of the country’s first Formula One race, the epic 1976 title-decider.

While the circuits forays into Grand Prix racing were short-lived (just two seasons in its original form and a further two following its expensive remodeling), it is sportscar racing that has made Fuji its home, with a popular round of the FIA WEC enduring to this day.

Fuji Speedway has one of the longest straight aways on the calendar as well as remarkable elevation changes. Concentration will be in high demand for 60 minutes of racing. Racing begins Wednesday evening at 8:30 pm EST.
