Le Mans Ultimate has rolled out Update 4, Patch 1, bringing a wave of fixes and improvements to enhance the racing experience. This update primarily addresses several crash issues and interface bugs that players have encountered, making gameplay more stable and enjoyable.
Game Updates
HUD Improvements
The update fixes several issues with the Heads-Up Display:
- Fixed crashes related to timing information on the Multi-Function Display
- Resolved game crashes when accessing the pit menu
- Fixed the chat box not disappearing after sending messages
- Solved crashes that happened when pressing the Enter key while on track with the chat box open
- Fixed the HUD chat box not showing messages properly after displaying 16 messages
- Resolved issues when navigating to the pit menu MFD page that caused multiple lines and crashes
- Fixed various penalty display problems in the MFD
Tyre Rules
- Fixed an issue where limited tyres were carrying over between online races
Online Experience
- Fixed crashes that occurred when processing chat from an invalid node
- Corrected the display of circuit details on event screens, especially for tracks with alternative layouts
Race Weekend Enhancements
- Fixed qualifying laps incorrectly showing as limited in the HUD when loading directly into a Race Weekend
- Resolved an issue where pressing the instant replay button during a pitstop would trap users in replay mode
- Race Weekend settings now remember your session lengths and tyre preferences when changing tracks and championships
Save & Load Fixes
- Fixed a problem where the first instant replay after loading a saved game would only show an empty garage
User Interface Updates
- Fixed car UI images that incorrectly displayed “Wait at Pit Exit” on the setup screen
