I’m back
After a very busy period, I am not doing well with my health. It was difficult to do everything I needed to do. My health is still not better, I’m still very busy, but I’m trying to do everything I can!
There are still a few weeks, very busy, and hopefully after that, I have more time to race, stream, and deliver more content!!
CC Sim Racing AWRC
On Monday 06-02-2023, was the first race of season 3, from the CC Sim Racing AWRC. This time there are some changes, it is on Gran Turismo 7 (GT7), a 20 minutes race, with a pitstop. The first race was with the Volkswagen Scirocco at Road Atlanta. A new track on GT7, and I enjoyed driving it!
My pace wasn’t the best, but I know in the race I could gain. I started P10, gained 4 places during the race. Unfortunately, the GT7 bug with a PS4 and Fanatec gear gave me a lot of stuttering and game freezes. During a game freeze, I lost places and time. My game was standing still, but everyone else was driving further. The second time, when I had a game freeze, the game came back, and I was in the wall. It didn’t make me very happy, but I still finished P10. Hopefully this will be fixed for the second race!!
Wintertest
On Saturday 11-02-2023, we had the first wintertest in the Citroën C1. Unfortunately, the hand controls didn’t work well, and we couldn’t drive. We still did seat fitting, media, and meeting the new pit crew. The next test will be on Sunday 19-02-2023 at Silverstone, hopefully the car will be ready then! I’m looking forward to get experience in the car, and also to race together with Sophie Aeronwen!
