As part of its growth strategy, Williams Esports Academy has signed new drivers and recorded commendable results in the latest sim racing tournaments.

Williams Esports Academy continues to expand its driver development program. Recently, the Academy welcomed new talent with the signing of 19-year-old Pablo Espes from Spain to the iRacing Academy. Espes expressed his goal of learning from the world’s best drivers, with aspirations of joining the Williams Professional Team.

Alongside this, Beckham Jacir, a 16-year-old driver from the USA, has been promoted to the Williams Esports iRacing Road team.On the departures front, 28-year-old Thibaud Prevot from Luxembourg has exited after participating in the 2023-2024 Academy iRacing season.

Race Performance and Upcoming Events

The Academy has demonstrated strong competitive performance, securing second place in class at the SRO Esports ICGTE Spa 24H. Currently, the team holds 7th place in the championship standings after four rounds. Academy driver Kian Goedendorp has also shown promising results in the PSGL and WOR F1 leagues.

The team looks forward to upcoming events, including the iRacing Indy 6H and the SRO Esports IGTCE Monza 3 Hour on Assetto Corsa Competizione, both scheduled for September 14. Later in the month, Williams Esports Academy will aim to improve its championship position during the final round of the SRO Esports IGTCE at the Nordschleife 24H.

The Academy remains focused on continued development and success in high-level sim racing competitions.
