The eNASCAR College iRacing Series roared back to life with an intense battle at Watkins Glen International.
The eNASCAR College iRacing Series returned with a bang this week, bringing excitement to the virtual racing world. Thirty-seven skilled drivers competed at Watkins Glen International, navigating 31 challenging laps with fuel strategy at the forefront of their minds.
Dominant Performance
Parker White from the University of Maine at Augusta proved unstoppable. As the defending 2024 eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series champion, he secured the pole position and led every single lap. Strategically, he saved enough fuel for a dramatic burnout in Turn 1 after the race.
Podium Highlights
The top three consisted of racing champions:
- Parker White (First Place)
- Steven Wilson from the University of Iowa (Second Place)
- Logan Clampitt from Cal State Fullerton (Third Place)
White shared his surprise post-race, saying he hoped for a top-five finish despite not feeling well. His qualifying run was two-and-a-half tenths better than his personal best, catching even himself off guard.
