No surprise, as it is in the motorsport series, the Peugeot 9X8 has been unveiled in the upcoming Le Mans Ultimate racing title.

The Peugeot 9X8 is the second Hypercar to be unveiled by Le Mans Ultimate with the car shown off in its eye-popping, multi-coloured livery which was designed by artist J.Demsky. The livery on the real life car was first seen at Le Mans in June for the special Centenary edition of Le Mans. And that is where fans can see a first glimpse of the virtual version – on the virtual version of Circuit de La Sarthe.

About the Peugeot 9X8

The Peugeot 9X8 is a sports prototype racing car built by French car manufacturer Peugeot for the Le Mans Hypercar category in the FIA World Endurance Championship. It’s a four-wheel-drive racing prototype with a powertrain developed under the control of Peugeot Sport’s specialists.

Its rear wheels are driven by a 2.6-litre, bi-turbo, 520kW, V6 internal-combustion engine (ICE), while a bespoke, high-performance 200kW electric motor drives the front wheels. The car made its competitive début at Monza, in the fourth round of the 2022 FIA World Endurance Championship.
