Hello and welcome to my 54th blog on simrace247! Hope you are having a fantastic week. I’m extremely busy at the moment; I work, sim race, create content, blogging, and more. I work almost 7 hours a day, I feel so tired lately. But this is what I love to do, although I feel tired I still have a full tank of energy and motivation to do my daily work as a gamer!

Last week we were racing in Sonoma Raceway for the GT3 series. This is my absolute favourite track, I focused on racing here and had fun. I drove the Ferrari for the race, because I feel most comfortable with this car.

Sonoma is a beautiful track, every sector has its own challenge and that’s what makes racing at this track super fun. Unfortunately, this track isn’t the most popular track on iRacing, I don’t really see many races happening here. Hopefully we’ll have more races in Sonoma in the future, because I personally learn a lot from racing here. This track doesn’t really have an obvious braking mark, and the elevation change is a hit or miss. If you mastered it pretty well you’ll have a great time; if you mess up your braking your race is done. I think the hardest part of the track for me is T2 and T6.

In the first race I started from P2, which was a great achievement for me. Too bad I hit the barrier at the last turn; I was battling for position into the last turn, I locked up my tires and I couldn’t control the car. That put me down to P5. Race isn’t over yet, I still got a chance to gain a position. I finished P4 at the end of the race, that was fun and I learned from my mistakes at this race.

The most memorable race for me was when I was racing in 2.2K SoF. There were lots of quick and experienced drivers at this track, First lap went so smoothly yet was very challenging. I started from P6, I lost some positions during the race. I had a battle with the Porsche and I spun when we were going into the Carousel. I almost made it, too bad I messed up my braking there. I finished at P10.

Although I lost some iR and SR, I learned a lot from that race. I had a clean battle with more experienced drivers, I could push myself more. There is still a lot to improve and to explore at this track, I took this race as a lesson so I know what I can do and I know I can do better.

In the last race I had a very great time. My new friend also joined the race, that’s what makes racing more enjoyable. And good news, I got my 1.5K iRating back! Let’s reach 1.8K next!

I won’t stream as much as last week, I have so many things to do behind the door. I can say I’m a gaming content creator now and making content takes a lot of time. I need to manage my schedule better, so I finish all my tasks. Also I’m working on something big and special for you, I can’t wait to share it! Follow me on social media to stay updated with my journey in sim racing! And also I would like to connect and have a nice conversation with all of you!
