So Much Great Racing And Motorsport in 2023

If you are a motorsport fan, you will know that 2023 is off to a great start with so much more to come. Buckle up, the racing temperature is rising!

2023 already has provided some great racing with motorsport fans being spoilt for choice. Here we have some hot topics and series for you to keep an eye on.

The 2023 Formula 1 season is soon to be underway with official testing starting on February 23rd- 25th for the Aramco pre season testing at Sakhir. Defending champion Max Verstappen will be wanting to ensure the car is fully ready to defend his championship from the outset, with the season opener at Bahrain that starts on March 03rd-05th.

2023 will be a very interesting season indeed as many teams will be wanting to improve over the 2022 cars. Ferrari had a more positive season on track and will be wanting more, AMG Petronas Mercedes will be wanting to return to winning ways and will want to settle the score and prove that they are back. All we know is, it will be a lively season and the racing will be exceptional.

If that was not enough for you, the new IMSA championship has got off to a fantastic start with the new GTP generation of cars. The Rolex Daytona 24hr was as good as it ever has been. This gruelling racing event tests man and machine to the absolute limit, IMSA is back in a big way.


For you two wheeled racing fans, MotoGP is in a golden era for the sport, but it has been like that for so many years with fans across the globe having edge of the seat nail biting races to watch. Multiple world champion Valentino Rossi may have retired from MotoGP, but the sport and racing is as good as ever. Eight time world champion Marc Marquez, is returning back to great fitness after his massive accident in 2020 and has been on track with races on occasions. 2022 MotoGP champion Pecco Bagnia will need to back up his title and prove he is no one hit wonder with 2021 champion Fabio Quartararo pushing him to the limits, this is one to keep an eye on for sure!

The rise of GT racing has wooed many fans from around the world, being able to see a road production race car has appealed to many over the years. The SRO GT World Challenge has gained great traction and attention, they may not be Formula cars or prototypes, but this generation of cars has shown that GT cars can be right up there with the attraction of great racing.
