Hello, everyone! How’s it going? Welcome to my 16th blog on simrace247!  How was your week so far? Can’t believe it’s May already. Time flies so fast, I’ve been writing for about 4 months. This is one of my greatest achievements, I never thought I could write an article, race reports,  or a weekly blog. But, here I am. Sharing my sim racing journey with you all through words. Thank you Darren for providing me a space to share my journey, and thank you to all of you who are spending time reading my blog post.

I had to cancel my race in the SOP Motorsport EU Sprint Championship because I want to race more in iRacing. It is challenging for me to race in iRacing. I don’t know most of the tracks, so I have to make track notes and practice harder. I have to step out of my comfort zone and face the challenge in order to get better. Also, I want to join some special events in iRacing. I have some targets that I want to achieve in iRacing.

Will I move to iRacing? Probably. I can’t say which one I love more at this point, because I’m still new to iRacing. There are still a lot to explore. I still have plenty of races to finish, and I had a great time racing in ACC tho. You’ll still see me racing in ACC.

Pro League Racing Evaluation Race at Suzuka

This is the evaluation race for Pro League Racing World Tour Season 3. Stewards will decide which class that I am in for the third season. I’m glad we had a race at Suzuka. This is one of my favorite tracks and I want to have more races at this track to improve my pace.

There were 41 drivers on the grid, that’s a lot of drivers. Racing with a lot of drivers means I have to be prepared for any contact or incidents. First lap is gonna be tough. Lap 1 turned out pretty well for me. As usual I can avoid any contact with other drivers. Too bad I got hit on the rear in lap 2, it cost me damage to the car. I decided to keep on driving because this is just a 45 minutes race. Pitting for repair will cost me a lot of time.

I must say it was hard to drive a broken car, I lost my top speed, and it was hard to keep the car under control through some corners. I spun several times, but managed to bring the car nice and safe back to the road.  I finished at P30, it was a tough race. That was the best I could do. Better luck next time!

I will be streaming this weekend for my current active championships, here’s the schedule :

  • 12/5 Harakiri Sprint Race @ Imola
  • 14/5 FRL Endurance 2022 @ Hungaroring
  • 15/5 AMA S4 @ Monza
  • 16/5 PLR World Tour @ Misano
