Hello and welcome to my 15th blog here in simrace247. I hope you all are doing well. So as you guys can see, I haven’t done much racing lately. I’ve been practicing a lot in iRacing. For me iRacing and ACC are different and I need to get used to iRacing. But so far all is good and I’m planning to do iRacing stream and other simulator games too! I’m still doing my races in ACC for sure. I still have 1 active championship and I registered for a few championships as well. I still love racing in ACC but I will get into iRacing more starting this month.
If you ask me which one that I like more, I don’t have the answer yet. Both iRacing and ACC have their own pro-con. I like iRacing, it gives me more details about the car, how the car behaves and road details are AMAZING. It feels like you can learn the track naturally just from the details that you get from it. But I am still not used to racing in iRacing. I still need a lot of practice. Meanwhile in ACC, well of course because I have done a lot of races in ACC (almost everyday) I can say I’m getting better and better and I can be fully confident doing any races. I wish ACC had more tracks to race. I must say it’s pretty boring to race at the same tracks over and over. That’s one of the reasons why I got into iRacing. It has a lot of tracks and cars for me to drive.
Oh, I also created a new layout for my stream, I showed my triple screen setup. I’m planning to make it like an onboard cam. Let me know what you think about my new concept of the stream.
FRL British GT Championship – Brands Hatch
It’s the 4th round of the FRL British GT championship, and this time we were racing at Brands Hatch. I didn’t do much practice for this race, just did a couple laps at the practice server one day before the race. The good thing is I have a good setup for this track so I didn’t need to worry that much.
Qualifying was pretty okay, I started at P15. And I can avoid any incidents at the first lap. I drove pretty nice and consistent throughout the race. I also had a pretty good battle defending my position with some drivers, and managed to get into P4. It was such good progress, much improvements. I can be confident and consistent, I did this race effortlessly. I remembered a few months ago I was saying that I didn’t like this track. Well, Brands Hatch is still my “okay” track. Not my favorite but I couldn’t hate it at this point. But I can say I Improved a lot.
I finished at P9, and that put me at #6 in the standings. Next up is the final round, and we’ll be racing at Donington Park. Hope I will do even better in the final round. Looking forward to racing at this track next month.

Euro Truck Simulator stream
So I did a ETS 2 stream right after my race, and this is the first time I stream my ETS 2 gameplay. It was fun and relaxing!
I started playing this game from zero, I started driving from the United Kingdom and going all the way to the Netherlands. It is nice to drive slow and chat with my viewers and my friends, tho.
And it takes so much skill to drive and park the truck lol. I will definitely do more ETS 2 streams, it’s nice to drive slow, enjoy the view, and get in touch with my loyal viewers.
I will be back on racing in ACC next week, here’s my championship schedule :
- 9/5 Pro League Racing Evaluation Race @ Suzuka
- 11/5 SOP Motorsport EU Sprint Championship R1 @ Barcelona
