Over the past 24hrs, we have seen a barrage of tweets about Assetto Corsa Competizione regarding issues with PS5 and Xbox Series X/S release.
With the recent release of Assetto Corsa Competizione coming out on the latest gen consoles, we have seen official tweets about issues and shall we say ” Mishaps” regarding PS5 and Xbox series X/S. Now with Gran Turismo 7 and a new Forza Motorsport in the pipeline, Kunos needed a smooth and shall we say successful release on the latest gen consoles to make a good impression before the Exclusive heavyweights arrived in town.
With Assetto Corsa Competizione having been around now for a few years, all foreseen issues could have been spotted prior to the console releases. Sadly this was not the issue as the problems that were arising were simple mistakes, was this rushed out without total scrutineering for the PS5 and Xbox series X/S? Not only that, users have also expressed issues regarding other things within the game.

There is a default filtering issue on PS5 that is preventing more than 20 player lobbies from being shown. If you increase your Preferred Drivers Count up to the current max of 20 in Matchmaking Preferences, 30-player lobbies will be visible.
We are aware that the GT4 DLC is not accessible in the Americas region. This is already being looked into. We are also taking a look at some of the PS5 crashes we have seen some of you post. Not encountering them here, so we are trying to identify root cause. Thank you!
