Our great league partner CMS continues with its stock car 2018X series championship in rFactor 2, folks you are not going to want to miss this one as Indianapolis takes center stage tonight!

Constructed in 1909, it is the first purpose-built, banked oval racing circuit to be called a ‘speedway’. It is the third-oldest permanent automobile race track in the world with a permanent seating capacity of 257,325. The FIA Grade One infield road course was completed in 2000 then updated in 2008 and again in 2014.
The grounds also contain Brickyard Crossing Golf Resort, which originally opened as the Speedway Golf Course in 1929. The golf course has 14 holes outside the track, along the backstretch, and four holes in the infield.

Start
Double file rolling start for one FULL FORMATION LAP – no heavy braking, acceleration or weaving. Start line is normal s/f line. Cars accelerate only on crossing the s/f line, no passing prior. An Orange Zone (OZ) would be in effect for racing Lap 1 from the s/f until the exit of Turn 6. There will be an automatic review post-race.
The race server will be password protected and the password will be available on the CMS Discord NARS sc18x-info channel at server reboot on race day.
