Assetto Corsa Competizione for many is a sim racing title that is enjoyed for GT racing. With many leagues pro and novice, cheating has raised its head again.
Brian Kannappan of Team Fordzillia cannot ignore the fact that blatant cheating is going on in Assetto Corsa Competizione. Whether it is at the highest competitive esports levels or novice leagues, it is happening and Kunos need to do something about it.
With big prizes on offer in events, how do we know people are not cheating their way to victory, even a little rule-breaking or cheat mod is ok. No, you are still a cheat and cheating. Where is the scrutineering for entrants that participate?
We have also seen users use Bluestacks (another cheat engine) for in-game use in the past and present, where they can adjust attributes in any game.
In some instances of the video, we see the user approaching cars on the hangar straight and driving very fast, but note how they back off to not get noticed, almost like they have nitrous.
In the video above, Brian felt the need to expose the cheat after what can only be explained as “warp speed” on the straights and bot-like driving in the corners by the BMW.
