Welcome to my thirty fourth weekly blog!!

Pro League Racing

Last Monday 18-10-2021, was round 6 of the Pro League Racing World Tour, at Zandvoort. I didn’t have much time to practice, but Zandvoort is my home track and thought I will be fine. I drove with Bernadette (the Bentley), the race was 1,5 hours.

I qualified on P8, it was very close, if I gained 1 tenth I would have been 4 places up the grid in P4. I had a good start and drove around p6, unfortunately, I had a lot of trouble with my legs (I explain later the reason), and I hit another driver in turn 1, and I lost some places.

Luckily, with a good strategy, 2 mandatory stops with no tires, and only 10 litres of fuel, I save a lot of time in the pitlane. I finished P14, it was a tough race, and it felt like a prayer without an end. This was because I wasn’t fit, and everything was hurting.

Personal life

A lot is going to change in my personal life, I’m going to get a divorce, and going to live in the United Kingdom. This is having a huge effect on my life right now, I don’t like big changes normally, but in the end, I will get a lot back from it.

I’m moving all my stuff out this week, and last weekend. This is also the reason why I was very broken, during the World Tour on Monday 18-10-2021. I’m going to close a huge chapter of my life and begin a new chapter in the UK with Sophie.

During the next couple of weeks, I need to sort out a lot of stuff, and I’m not going to sim race much. I don’t have time for it, hopefully, you all understand that. Some of you already noticed that my name is changed to my maiden name, also my streaming links and social media links are changed.

Streaming

For the next two weeks, I cannot stream live unfortunately.
My parents don’t have very good internet, I had a very high ping on Monday, and saw cars flying during my stream. Luckily my parents are going to change the internet, and in two weeks the internet will be good! I will record all my races live, and after the race I will upload it on YouTube. My rig is at my parents’ house until I move to the UK.

Upcoming races:

03-09-2021: The Sim Grid More Female Racers Round 2; 1H @ Spa
