RCI 10 hours at Silverstone
Sophie Aeronwen and I drove the RCI 10 hours at Silverstone.
We drove the 10 hours, with the Lamborghini ST.
We knew already it was going to be a tough race because that is the ST. Luckily the day before the race, we had some help with the setup from Matt and the car felt a lot better.

Sophie did the qualifying and qualified 3rd in class. Sophie drove the start of the race. After some incidents, we lost some places, but with some good consistency in the race we gained some spots back and we ended up place 3 in the race!
It was a bit of torture but I enjoyed it a lot. I like the car a bit loose on the rear and that was the ST.

Pro League Racing; World Tour Round 4
On Monday 02-08-2021, World Tour Round 4 was at Misano. As you maybe already know, Misano is one of my favorites tracks and I’m very fast there. (Maybe that’s the reason why I like Misano) It was 2 races of 30 minutes.
I drove the pole position, I was very happy with that because there are some very fast drivers in the pro class. I knew my race pace was very good, around 1:33.5 and that would be very fast. Unfortunately, I got hit in the fourth corner and needed to let to the whole field by, to not get an unsafe release.

With damage I drove at around place 35, unfortunately, I almost lost Bernadette in the braking zone before turn 13 and hit a Ferrari. After a tough stint and driving back to place 20 in the race! The second race I was a lot more careful, especially the first lap. I got some dive bombs and I luckily could avoid it but lost some places. I drove then at P7, I had no damage, had good pace, and drove back to place 4.

I was a bit disappointed about the results because my pace was better than some drivers in front of me. Maybe a bit too careful, the second race in the first laps. I wanted to score points because I needed the points for the championship.
I’m still at place fourth in the championship, only 20 points behind at place three. The next race is on Monday 09-08-2021, one hour at Silverstone.

The Sim Grid Sprint Cup Round 3
Round three of The Sim Grid Sprint Cup, is at Bathurst.
I really like driving at the mountain with Bernadette (the Bentley). I practiced a lot and also had some trouble during practice, a special crash, and never had that kind of crash before.
