A follow up to the ever popular Assetto Corsa is now on the horizon and a buzz to many fans. The two titles have been significant in the sim racing genre with Assetto Corsa being widely supported by the modding community. ACC has carved its way into the esports genre with its GT class racing that is widely popular in communities.
Assetto Corsa Competizione, was launched in 2019 and combined with the original Assetto Corsa they have sold over 12 million copies together. Publisher 505 Games has announced that there will be more coming, as Assetto Corsa 2 is officially in development and is due to premiere in 2024 with a mobile version coming in the summer.
