After weeks of preparation, the rFactor 2 Formula Renault 3.5 Series organised by Advanced Simulation and SIMRACE247.com is set to get started
The Formula Renault 3.5 series has close to fifty drivers (and counting) who have registered for the series with tonight’s Round Zero test event at Silverstone setting the stage for the new season as a curtain-raiser for the series.
League Admins Nick Stepanenko and Vladislav Zenkoz have been busy in the background sorting out logistics, setups and the important details that make this series one of the most attractive on rFactor 2. While Otavio de Barros has been hard at work creating stunning liveries for the series.
Round Zero will serve as a dress rehearsal for the real deal at the familiar Silverstone Circuit with practice, qualifying and two 17 lap races.
Over 40 drivers are registered for the series with at least half of them expected to turn up for tonight’s non-championship race to check out their rivals for when things get serious
The goal for the inaugural series is to attract a regular roster of drivers, committed to each round of the 2021 SIMRACE247 Formula Renault 3.5 Series – vital to the success of any league and its progress.
