After quitting iRacing for the umpteenth time earlier this year, inspired by watching sim racing bloggers Dave Cam and Billy Strange I decided to start my ‘career’ on the service from scratch.
Earlier this month I renewed my subscription for three months with the goal of trying to enjoy iRacing for what it can be for me and not necessarily for others.
My goal as a gentleman driver, not particularly fast but simming for a quarter of a century, with lots of miles on AC, rFactor 2 and iRacing.
So all the mistakes and prejudices of the past ripped up and thrown away.
I venture from the humble beginnings of the Skip Barber Series, the first week of my new journey began at Tsukuba.
